Time for Some Me Time

This school thing has been stressin' me out.  And then there's my parents asking me what I did today.  Every day they ask me the same dumb question!  If they don't know, then it's none of their business.  

I need a getaway weekend, someplace where I can just lounge by the pool, get a spa treatment, and read a good book.  Girl, I deserve it.

Island Living

 I'm back from vacation, but I wanted to share a few highlights from the trip.

 Grampy took me down to one of his hangouts to shoot the breeze with some of his pals.

 I ran here and there.

 I practiced yoga on the deck at Topside, just like Grace taught me.

Grace took me to Step Beach and made sure I stayed safe.

And, most important, I relaxed.

First Day of School

This morning I began a new journey as a transitional kindergarten student at my neighborhood school.

My mom took me shopping yesterday for some new outfits, so I'm definitely ready.

It's only the first day, though, so please don't tell me about homework.

Sun, Sand, and Racquets

There's nothing better than being on vacation. 

I went directly to the beach to get to work on my castle-building skills.

Grace and I built a hot tub in the sand.

And Grace took her first tennis lesson with pro Alex.  I heard Grace was pretty good.

But I paid no attention.
