Let's Get Physical

This evening, after school, I came home and did my best Olivia Newton-John impersonation.

My trainers are always telling me how important it is to stay active and fit.

So I try not to hop on the couch and bug out at the TV as soon as I get home.

It's difficult to keep up the routine.

But it's worth it.  Ugh, this is painful.

I work out until I'm exhausted.  But I never forget to do a warm-down stretch.

Ta-dah!  I'm done.  Now I can watch Woody and Buzz, and eat goldfish and raisins and a banana, and drink a nice, cold sippy-cup full of milk.

Cupcakes and Nail Polish

I partied at my friend Anita's yesterday.  There were cupcakes.  Obvs.

I tooled around on this cool car that belongs to my pal Anya.

My friend Erin painted my nails for the very first time.

She told me that it's very important to blow on the wet nails so that they dry before you start walking around touching stuff.

I followed Erin's instructions very diligently.

Later, when my nails were dry, it was time for some scooter action.

Something Blue

I'm pooping! I'm pooping right now!

Enough about that.  I stopped by the park on my way home from school to run out some excess energy.  Soon enough it was time to get home and watch Toy Story ... again.  Have I mentioned that I really like Woody and Buzz?

The Three Musketeers

It was a weekend of birthdays.  I attended party after party.  It was amazing.  Here I am with Henry, who is just turning three, and our good pal Suriya.  Henry is awesome.  He is the only boy in our class, so he puts up with a lot of nonsense from the rest of us.  He's a good sport about it.

Henry's party had cupcakes.  Chocolate cupcakes.

Where's the Fire?

I attended the Santa Monica Festival today, and the Fire Department gave me my own helmet and let me sit in the cab of one of their trucks.  It was awesome.  And I have a new favorite hat.

Mom's the Word

Happy Mother's Day to all of my favorite moms, old and new!

Special thanks to my own mom, who sometimes lets me wear whatever I want.

Love to Party

I attended my buddy Aaron's birthday party on Sunday at a nearby park.  It was a beautiful day, so I just had to wear my new Barbie sunglasses.

Aaron is a really sweet kid.  He let me "borrow" his blue scooter, even though it was his birthday and he was using it when I took over.  He knows how to treat a lady.  Thankfully, he also brought his red scooter to the party, so he wasn't without wheels.

While Aaron took a side glance at the food, I zipped past.

Later, I rocked some fly dance moves in the bouncy house.

Then I was back to the blue scooter.

An Ikea Kind of Day

I did some shopping at Ikea today.  I found the kids' beds to be quite comfortable.  And, though I usually have trouble settling down to a weekend nap, I didn't want to leave this bed.

Ikea also offers a cute, little kid's circus tent for $20 if anyone is interested.  I know I am!

I think I may have just been gauche.  Sorry.

This bed was nice, too, and I was able to get a little more shut-eye before my parents whisked me on through the store and quickly past the toy section.

"To Infinity ... and Beyond!"

Today is my Farmor's birthday, so I just want to give a big shout out to her at the start.
Now, I know it may seem like I live at Disneyland, but yesterday was only my fourth visit to the park, and four is a very low number; I can count it on one hand.  Anyway, I was super-excited because I got my very own Woody and Buzz Lightyear figurines.  Woody and Buzz are the stars of Toy Story, my all-time favorite movie so far.

I also tried on Jessie's hat in one of the shops.  Jessie is the cowgirl from Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3, which I have never seen, so I don't know how I know her, but I'm kind of obsessed.

But Woody and Buzz are still my favorites.  Woody and Buzz! Woody and Buzz!
